Mark your calendar for the 5th annual Conservation Day BBQ! We invite you to join us on Saturday, June 21 for this free, family-friendly event, at the Ludwig Terrace, Ponderosa Center in McCall.
The West Central Mountains of Idaho are home to a mix of conservation groups, each doing incredible work. But with so many organizations, it can be tricky to keep track of who’s doing what. Back in 2021, Craig Utter, PLT’s Executive Director, decided to throw a BBQ to bring everyone together and celebrate the people protecting our beautiful outdoors. And that’s how the Conservation Day BBQ was born — on the longest Saturday of the year (right around the summer solstice) to celebrate conservation. The event is designed to bring organizations and the community together in one place to talk about conservation – and have some fun!
